Institutional Infrastructure Investors Advised by JP Morgan Asset Management to Acquire Stake in North Sea Midstream Partners Limited from Wren House

Institutional infrastructure investors advised by J.P. Morgan Asset Management (“Infrastructure Investors”), and Wren House Infrastructure Management (“Wren House”), the London-based global infrastructure investor, have signed an agreement for the sale and purchase of a 43.1% interest in North Sea Midstream Partners (“NSMP”), the largest independent North Sea midstream business.

NSMP Announces Completion of Sale to Wren House Infrastructure Management

North Sea Midstream Partners Limited (“NSMP”) announces today that the sale of the business (previously announced on 23rd July) by an affiliate of ArcLight Capital Partners (“ArcLight”) to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Kuwait Investment Authority, managed by Wren House Infrastructure Management (“Wren House”) has now completed following regulatory approval.

NSMP Expanding its Team

Following the recently announced signing of a Sale and Purchase Agreement with Total to acquire its operated interests in the St Fergus Terminal and associated FUKA and SIRGE pipelines, NSMP has engaged CurzonTrinitas, a specialist energy and infrastructure search firm, to help recruit a number of additional management roles to support the company’s growth.

NSMP Acquires Major Pipeline and Terminal System from Total E&P UK Limited

North Sea Midstream Partners (NSMP) is pleased to announce that it has signed an agreement to acquire Total’s 67% operated interest in the SIRGE gas pipeline and its 100% operated interests in the Frigg UK pipeline and St. Fergus Gas Terminal. Following completion of the sale, which is subject to regulatory and other customary approvals, the systems will be operated on behalf of NSMP by our long term operating partner, px Group, who already operate NSMP’s Teesside Gas Processing Plant.
